Bachelor Learning Outcomes

Based on the learning outcomes of graduates from the Physics Study Program in the 2023 Curriculum, as stated in the Appendix to the Rector’s Decree of Parahyangan Catholic University Number III/PRT/2023-09-116 concerning the 2023 Curriculum of the Undergraduate Physics Study Program at Parahyangan Catholic University, as well as the Minimum Curriculum Content for Undergraduate Physics Programs issued by the Physical Society of Indonesia (PSI), the grouping of graduate learning outcomes in the 2023 Curriculum of the Physics Study Program – Faculty of Science, Parahyangan Catholic University is as follows

Attitude– Able to embody the spirituality and core values of Parahyangan Catholic University (SINDU), faith in God, and adherence to Pancasila.
General Skills– Able to communicate ideas systematically and creatively and perform effectively both independently and in interdisciplinary settings.

– Able to evaluate works of science and art in an interdisciplinary manner based on truth (verum), goodness (bonum), and beauty (pulchrum).

– Able to analyze physical phenomena and problems using observational data, develop appropriate mathematical or physical models, evaluate alternative solutions, and make decisions based on data analysis.

– Able to manage lifelong learning by demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Specific SkillsAble to apply physical practices in the field of physics and technology, and capable of documenting and communicating the results scientifically.
Knowledge– Able to master theoretical concepts and principles of classical and modern physics, as well as other scientific fields, along with mathematical, computational, and instrumentation methods required in those fields.

– Able to master knowledge of physics and technology and apply it to various real-world problems.
