The supportive academic environment and dedicated lecturers make the learning experience in Physics at UNPAR both enjoyable and memorable.

After graduating from high school in 2012, I enrolled in Physics at UNPAR. I chose Physics at UNPAR because the learning environment felt more comfortable, both physically and academically. The lecturers are not only authoritative and firm but also approachable to students. In my view, the lecturers in the Physics Department at UNPAR are like parents in what feels like a second home the campus of Parahyangan Catholic University in Bandung.

Physics at UNPAR not only equipped me with a strong foundation of knowledge but also fostered critical thinking and skills such as programming, which have been highly valuable in both my studies and career. The close relationships with lecturers and peers made the learning experience feel like being part of a family a support system that has continued even as I pursue my Ph.D. studies in Germany.

Participating in the CERN Summer Student Programme was an unforgettable experience that broadened my perspective on physics and technology at the international level, while also expanding my network with physicists from around the world. Physics at UNPAR provided me with a strong scientific foundation and mindset, which has consistently proven valuable throughout my academic and career journey.

I used to think of Physics as a daunting subject full of remedial classes, but everything changed when I discovered its practical side through a research competition. That was when I realized that Physics is not just about formulas, but a key to understanding and harnessing natural phenomena that are closely connected to our daily lives.

Studying Physics at UNPAR not only equipped me with scientific knowledge but also shaped my critical thinking and awareness of the surrounding environment. These values later inspired me to return to my hometown and establish Trash Helo Belu as a concrete contribution to the environment and the future.
